Our mission is to honor, empower, and advocate for the veterans of San Luis Obispo County by fostering collaboration among service organizations, community partners, and local leaders. We are dedicated to connecting veterans and their families with resources, support, and opportunities, ensuring every veteran receives the respect, recognition, and assistance they have earned through their service. Together, we strive to build a supportive community that celebrates the strengths and sacrifices of all who have served.

Develop a community where veterans and their families feel welcomed, informed, supported, and well-connected to the veteran community and all available services.
Our Goal
Measurably increase awareness of veteran service programs by substantially increasing the exposure and frequency of our outreach.
Our Mission
The collaborative mission of SLOVSC participants, is to inspire, strengthen and support our local veterans and their families by connecting them to the more than 150 services available in our community.
